Drawing faces is such a difficult challenge for so many artists, there so many different features of the face, lips, noses, ears, hair and the construction of the face itself and also the shading and lighting are difficult to draw. A lot of practice is needed to draw a perfect face.

These artists I’ve selected are mastering this technique very well, they are the best of the best i must say. So here comes a great collection of hand drawn faces from those great artists, I’ve made this list based on famous people.

    Those are some amazing images. The Phelps one is especially impressive as the artist had to deal with the water. Water is difficult to simulate but the artist did a great job. All of these artist did a fantastic job. Great post indeed.
