Recently i received a email form one of my family members with a cool link to some amazing 3D anamorphic and interactive street paintings, i was really impressed with the quality of these street paintings and the way people where reacting to this when they walked by those drawings. Actually, i was so amazed by them that I went looking for more and look what i found for you’ll.
What are 3D anamorphic and interactive street paintings, they are illusionary 2-dimensional drawings on a pavement or sidewalk which appear to become 3-dimensional when viewed from a particular angle with a camera lens. And to even create a more realistic 3D view, people are positioned at various positions to get a more in depth view of the drawing.
The first series are from the talented artist Julian Beever which has worked all over the world for more then 10 years.
Unbelievable that this drawing is just a drawing, i didn’t believe it at first but its a pavement drawing.

A self portrait of the artist itself.

Another great and big pavement drawing, i believe when you walk past them you think twice crossing over it.

A great 3D effect

Playing with water and it looks damn real

Look the way those people getting fooled by this three dimensionality

Okay nice work so far, let’s continue with or next and final series. This time I cam a cross the web site of Tracy Lee Stum who’s a internationally recognized artist who’s has won numerous awards and owns a Guinness World Record for the largest street painting by an individual.
Look how these kids are enjoying the fantasy

There are times your lucky that its only a drawing
The escape of the mummy

When you don’t have the money for a real pond then this is a nice alternative

What lies beneath

Tracy traveled back in time to watch Benjamin Franklin signed the declaration of independence

Tracy made a 3D street painting for GM Buick LaCross ad campaign 2009

Okay that’s it for today
, if you like them or want to know more then i would suggest to visit those artists portfolio and you will get to know more about this subject.
