I can get a PC of similar or better spec for far less than it would cost to get a basic Mac. I can save even more by going for a Linux install. Thanks a lot! As a new switcher, this really.helps. Once I put OSX on my Wind netbook as a trial and loved it, my Win notebook went up for sale and I never looked back. Now I only use Win for Delorme maps and MS Access and it is so great to be able to run both on my Macbook Pro. Now if only Apple would make a tablet netbook. Love my iPhone also, even better after I finally jailbroke it mostly for backgrounding. Great tips and links. Thanks a lot! As a new switcher, this really.helps.
